Our house sits at the bottom of a secret track in a private, historical cove on the beautiful Hebridean island of Lismore. Secluded, quiet and peaceful, Port Moluag is within easy reach of the Scottish mainland whilst feeling totally removed from the pace and noise of city life. The house is newly-built using eco technologies to limit its environmental impact and is surrounded by wonderful wildlife such as seals, otters, and a multitude of birds as well as many sites of historical interest.

The Studio - Ballygown, Ulva Ferry, Isle of Mull

The Studio is an independent cedar clad building approached by its own outside stone staircase. It offers spacious, yet cosy self catering accommodation for 2 people in an open plan light and airy living space. The double glazed gable end has french doors onto a south facing timber balcony. The accommodation consists of a large open plan area with 2 sofas, double bed, kitchenette (with electric cooker, fridge, toaster, kettle etc) and a separate shower room. Secluded shoreline artist's bothy

Situated on a Woodland Croft on the shores of a sea loch, this beautiful timber bothy was conceived as a getaway for artists and creatives looking for peace in an inspiring landscape. It's also ideal for kayakers or walkers. The bothy is next to the host's artist’s studio which it is possible to see by arrangement. With rocky coast and woodland behind, and the sea almost lapping at the front door, this simple but stylish bothy has everything you could need for the most restful of breaks.

Mill House Steading is a contemporary conversion of a historic barn into a 2 bedroom architect designed home. The balcony overlooks the burn with views across the Sound of Mull to Tobermory. See countryfile series17 episode 7 to see the beauty of the landscape around us. The bay is perfect for watersports. The renovation was completed in March 2020 and provides stunning accommodation.

Furnished with a mix of hand made and mid century furniture The Hide is great for letting yourself completely switch off from the everyday. Bearnus Bothy on Isle of Ulva

Bearnus Bothy has been lovingly renovated using our principle of ecological design to repair, repurpose and use what has been washed-up by the sea. It is one of the last old residences outside of the main dwellings around the Main House on Ulva. As such there are no neighbours until you reach the tiny community on Gometra - where we live - another three miles down the track.
