Cottage is 100 yards from mile-long sandy beach and Minaun Cliffs - among highest in Europe. The Toolis family have lived here for over 400 years. The deserted Dookinella stone village still stands in the field nextdoor. Keel village is a 5-minute drive with restaurants, local butcher selling Achill lamb and fisherman selling from boat. Surf school for all ages. Fabulous walks begin right at the door from easy to mountain hikes. Good for couples and families. Good WiFi. Wheelchair accessible.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Couples retreat with one double bed. Amazing views of the Wild Atlantic Way. 2 minutes walk down to the shoreline for a swim or 5 minutes walk to the start of the Granuaile Loop walk. 5 minutes drive to local shops and amenities. 2 minutes walk to local pub & snack bar. Fantastic cycling routes from your doorstep. We have free range Chickens on site & can provide some eggs. We're sorry but we can't accommodate dogs as we have 2 of our own.

Surrounded by excellent coastal and hill walking terrain, it is also a 10 minute drive from the Wild Atlantic Way, the town of Westport and the Great Western Greenway.
