The house is located in a secure, quiet urban area with many amenities: a gym and swimming pool are 200m away, and a pickleball court and night market are 100m away. There’s a nice beach near the sea. It only takes 3 minutes by motorbike from your house to get to the beautiful beach. 1 minute to ICE Jungle Park 6 minutes to the Sunset area, 12 minutes to the airport, and plenty of amenities nearby. The building has 5 floors (the landlord lives on the 2nd floor separately). You have the entire use of the remaining floors and private use of the lift.
