Beautiful 2Br, 2.5 Bath Condo. Downstairs hosts the delightful kitchen, dining and living area, and half bath. French doors off the living room display the grand view down the canal with nice seating and BBQ grill. Upstairs you will find the two bedrooms. Master suite hosts a king size bed, a private bath, and a balcony just outside the French doors that overlooks the canal . Queen guest bedroom with a hall bathroom. Dock your boat right off of the back deck with easy access to jump in and go!

If you’re looking for a sunny getaway by the bay, this condo is perfect for you! It’s right on the water with a beautiful view of Little Bay and a place to dock your boat! The condo complex has its own pool which is directly across the canal from this unit, you can easily walk to it, as well as its own tennis courts, which are right outside the front door. It’s perfect for families &/or couples. You can swim right off the dock and paddle board/kayak to Little Bay and the surrounding canals.
