Lahomäki old cottage

An idyllic sauna cottage for the summer. The cottage was built in the 50s near the shoreline and the stairs from the terrace descend directly into the lake. On one side, there is a sauna with washing facilities and on the other side, a room of about 24 square meters. In the living room, there is a small kitchen with basic supplies for cooking. There is no running water in the cabin. Electricity is. There are no basic temperatures. Use a loose battery if necessary. Two fold-out beds in the living room, bedding for four. Renovated. Interior surface renovated.

Sauna cottage by the lake on the beach

A small and atmospheric sauna cabin on the shore of a clear lake offers a wonderful escape from everyday life. The property has a sandy beach and a swimming pier. You also have access to a sauna, a rowing boat and an outdoor terrace for cooking and dining. The sauna house has a fireplace, so you can stay overnight even in cooler weather. There is room for four guests, as there are two places to stay in the sauna loft and a sofa bed that can be spread down. An outdoor toilet can be found behind the sauna room.

Saunacottage on lake Parannesjärvi in Virrat, 300km north of Helsinki. 30m2 log-house, built in 2005 with 100m of own shoreline. Owners live on same 1,4ha property, 70m away. In the livingroom/kitchen of the cottage you find a double sofa-bed with extra matress for 2 persons. Separate toilet and wood-heated sauna with shower. 10m2 terrace with furniture and lake view. Fully equipped kitchen, gas-barbecue, rowing-boat, Wi-Fi. Very nice, quiet and cosy place for a couple to spend a holiday.
