Welcome to our house located between the bakery and the well in our peaceful village. Close to the beaches (10 km away) and the Brière National Park (typical village of Kerhinet 12 km away). Come and visit the famous ramparts of Guérande and its salt marshes, La Baule and its most beautiful beaches in Europe, stroll through the characterful towns of Piriac-sur-Mer or La Roche-Bernard, or discover the ports of La Turballe and Le Croisic. You can enjoy the charm of the countryside close to the ocean!

Domaine Terre du Mès - heated swimming pool (24 people)

we offer our estate with a heated swimming pool for events on request (possibility of a marquee), set in a preserved natural environment. The property offers 280 m2, consisting of a renovated stone longhouse and 4 independent renovated lodges, with a total capacity of 20 guests (+ 2 children ). For the accommodation side. the estate is located between land and the sea on the Guérande peninsula: Guérande is just 7 km away, only 7 minutes from the Mesquer Quimiac beaches, and 12 km from La Baule.

In order to enjoy the surrounding nature, there are no curtains throughout the accommodation (except the downstairs bedroom) & no TV. The accommodation is located 5 minutes from Saint Lyphard (Intermarché, Bakery, Pub)/10 minutes from the sea (Mesquer)/10 minutes from Guérande. The accommodation can accommodate 4 adults and includes: 2 bedrooms each with a bed (160 x 200) Heating type: pellet stove & electric.

Relax in this unique and quiet accommodation. Close to the city (Guérande intramuros 5 min) and all shops but quiet in nature. You can enjoy a large private garden, the large park with its pond, its diverse wild fauna and flora. Go on a getaway by the sea easily, which is less than 8 km away, for a walk, a swim. At the edge of the house passes a GR as well as the Velocéan bike path allowing you to reach the beaches by bike.
