On a large old property with many trees, charming detached stone house from 1789, renovated, 70 m² living space on 2 levels with private garden of 150 m², new fully equipped kitchen, living room with sofa (non-convertible), office space, bedroom with air conditioning and 180 bed, 2 bathrooms, laundry room. Wi-Fi. Parking on the property secured by motorized gate, room to park and recharge electric bikes. In the center of Asserac, 10 minutes from Guerande and the beaches of Mesquer, 20 minutes from La Baule.

La Cana Casa – A wild setting with sea views

The pretty "Canadienne", very comfortable, is on the front line facing south towards the ocean. It is a wild and quiet place by the sea, on a plot of 2200 m2 planted with hundred-year-old pines overlooking the sea between Sainte-Marguerite-de-Pornichet and the village of Saint-Marc-sur-Mer (La Baule and Saint-Nazaire 10 minutes away). Whether in the living room, kitchen, shower or at the bottom of your bed, you will see the sea! A private staircase will take you to a pretty cove with very few people.

nice house near the salt marshes (Ty for two)

We welcome you in a small house of 40 m2 in front of ours (separated by a terrace of 8 to 10 m). You will stay in a large room comfortably furnished, overlooking a terrace at your disposal (we do not use it when you are present, excluding cleaning/watering), with sleeping on mezzanine. Shower room, sink and separate toilet. The electric heater is completed by a wood stove (wood provided) .
