Lake front two bedroom walk out basement house

Bring your family to this lakefront walk out lower level of the house with two queen bed . There is wood burning fireplace,a big yard with zip line and play ground perfect for a family with kids getaway . There’s a fire pit out side, the dock to sit and enjoy the lake. The yard is shared with owners (respectful family of 4 and friendly dog) living upstairs. Please park in the driveway. It’s only 20 minutes to downtown Calgary . Charming Studio Suite, Calgary N.W.

A charming relaxing hideaway with your own keyless entrance, large private deck and fenced backyard. Leading to trails, greenspace & duck pond. Great access to the mountains and downtown Calgary. A short walk to the train will take you downtown, approx 25 minutes and directly to the Stampede Fairgrounds. A 5 min drive will get you to highway 1 and your off to Canmore in 45 mins or Banff in about an hour or so. Lots of shopping and restaurants near by. Happy well behaved pets are welcome! 🐕
