The Grate House is a 3 minute drive or less to Harding University, Harding Academy, downtown Searcy, and Searcy High school. The house was built in the 1940’s and has been completely remodeled on the inside utilizing small accents of its history in the walls, floors (the grate), and brick. This 2 bed room, 1 bath house offers a full kitchen, formal dining table, laundry access, and 1 pull out couch. The house also offers a backyard with a large patio, a grill, outdoor chairs, and fire pit.

THE Little Red River Place 🎣

The Little Red River Place is a beautiful cabin on a sprawling wooded lot on the bank of the Little Red River. We are on a rare, secluded stretch of the river, with farmland on the opposite side of the river, so the views are breathtaking! The cabin is very private, but near a variety of activities including hiking, biking, antiquing, water sports, and local restaurants. Relax on the screened porch and watch the river go by, stay warm by the outdoor fireplace, or catch trout from our dock.

The Loft

The Loft is a true Arkansas experience. Built-in the hayloft of a 130 year old barn with amazing views of the pond and pasture from the massive party deck that is 15 feet in the air. Just 3 miles from Harding university in the quaint town of Searcy. An amazing lake is only 30 min away in Heber springs. Sit on the front porch with a cup of coffee while watching the sheep, goats, and horses graze. Sit on the back porch at night during the summertime and watch the beautiful fireflies! This is a place to relax and unwind from the the hustle and bustle while enjoying a little taste of farm life.

Cozy Guesthouse in Beebe, Arkansas

Entire private 2 bedroom guesthouse located in the heart of town in a great safe neighborhood and close to the ASU Beebe campus, Harding University, Little Rock Air Force Base and convenient shopping at Wal-mart . This private guesthouse comes with a covered parking space with a beautiful fenced-in yard with deck and fire pit . We gladly allow pets (with prior approval) for an additional fee of $25 per pet under 35lbs over 35lbs a $35 pet fee .

Susie Q’s Backyard Bungalow

This sweet studio bungalow is comfortable, peaceful , and quiet. The patio is very relaxing where you can enjoy your coffee . A sweet hideaway in the middle of town not far from the freeway. It sleeps 2 adults on the queen bed and 1 adult or 2 children on the full size sleeper sofa. The kitchenette has an under counter fridge. A microwave, toaster, electric skillet, and Keurig are also provided.

The Magnolia Room- Hotel Style - Private Entrance

This newly renovated space, attached to our home, is an ideal alternative to a hotel room. There is a private exterior entrance/exit; there are no shared spaces. Perfect for anyone simply needing a place to sleep on the edge of Harding University’s campus. The location is 150 yards from Harding's football stadium and 200 yards from the basketball stadium.
