The apartment was completely renovated in 2023 in the basement and in the spring of 2024 on the first floor. Therefore, some of the interior does not yet have pictures. The apartment is at one of the narrowest points of the island in Rantum. In about 5 minutes' walk you are on the sea side or on the mudflat side. The unit has its own garden area with beach chair. Pool is available from May to approx. mid-September.

The pedestrian area is about a 8-minute walk from the apartment. The train station is about 17 minutes away.
