Bedroom has new queen bed, main area features wood heater, new couch that slides out to double bed plus an older love seat that folds out to a single bed. Kitchen has propane stovetop, new retro fridge and plenty of cupboards. Bathroom has sink, toilet and wooden shower. Wheelchair accessible. No Wifi but does have cell phone booster.

Beautiful forest trails pass by a resident hawk family. Farm animals (peacocks, sheep, horses) on property. An absolute gem.
