The apartment is located only 3 minutes walk from the Ionian blue beach of Kastrosykia, while Preveza city is at 22klm, Parga at 42klm and Lefkada island at 45klm. The newly built 45m2 apartment consists of 1 bedroom with double bed, a sitting room with a brand new kitchen and a sofa-bed for two, and a lovely veranda.
