Bedroom with double bed, bedroom with bunk bed, loft with double bed and a single bed. Private bathroom with shower and toilet. Air heat pump! Private outdoor seating area with furniture and barbeque. Possibility to rent a wood-fired sauna at an extra cost. The cottage is 40 sqm + the loft. Not so big but nice! House 40 meters from lake Vänern. Completely renovated during 2018. A small boat can be used by the guest. (not during november-april due to ice) Equipped with all modern things like AC, fiber internet, etc. There is one double bed in the main bedroom. In the guest room there is 2 beds. An inflatable bed could be used if you need more beds. There is also a small guest house with a room. You can relax, take a swim or walk in the forest. It’s as relaxing during summer as during winter.

We offer newly renovated and nice accommodation in our farm house. 10 minutes from Karlstad and 25 minutes from Kristinehamn. Near the exit/entrance to E-18 and the county bus connection within walking distance. Animals and beautiful scenery are close at hand. There is access to swimming and fishing in both Lake Vänern and Gapern. For the golf enthusiast there are several golf courses at close quarters. In Väse a few miles away is Vilda parken where you can both skateboard and BMX.
