Villa Bougainvillea is an old stone house that was build in early 19th century and was renovated recently. It is 10 minutes away from the famous beaches of Matala, Kommos,Agiofarago, Kalamaki, Kokkinos Pyrgos and Kaloi Limenes. Because it’s in the south part of Crete, even in the windy days you can find a beach that’s calm enough for swimming. The Minoan palace of Faistos, the archeological site of Gortyna, the cave-graves of Matala are also only 10 minutes away.

Enjoy the wonderful setting of this romantic place in nature. A small cottage of 20 square meters with amazing sea view. It consists of an open plan space and a bathroom. Outdoors you can relax drinking in the small pool or in the living room on the wooden deck. The small cottage is within walking distance from the beach and the shops of the settlement. In the settlement there are 4 small taverns with traditional food and appetizers, 1 cafe and 1 supermarket .

The Little Pearl

The little Pearl is a small, traditional, Cretan stone house that is designed for a maximum of two people. It has a terrace with a view of Psiloritis, a romantic courtyard garden where you can enjoy your privacy undisturbed, a double bedroom, a small kitchen and a bathroom with a spacious shower. Everything has been designed with great attention to detail. Information about the climate tax: In the case of Little Pearl, it is 8.00 euros per night.
