The water is less than 30 steps from my lanai and you'll see TURTLES feeding every day. At night you'll see shimmering stars or the moon over the bay. In winter months enjoy the breaching of the whales right in front of your eyes while enjoying your favorite beverage from the lanai (balcony).

Split A/C which we have never even used (ceiling fans work great!) We welcome people of ALL persuasions and cultures. This is a NO SMOKING/VAPING building. CLOSE TO EVERYWHERE!
