The history of the house, starts during the latter part of the Venetian occupation of Crete.This beautiful medieval Venetian Olive Mill (factory or Fabrica) was extended during the Ottoman occupation (1669 to 1898) and was used for olive oil production.After an extensive renovation and vision of the arhitect Mrs. Nektaria Lainaki has now been converted into a luxurious 2 floor house, which can be rented up to a maximum of 8 people.

Peace and seclusion!

Ten minutes drive from Kissamos this is a single self contained apartment with double bedroom, shower room and kitchen/living area. Our cozy stone built home in the village "Kaloudiana Kissamos" is a perfect place for relaxing. We have renovated our grandparents home that was built in 1800 by our ancestors. It is in a perfect location close to the market of the village, at a distance of 200 meters. Away from the main road for quiet and relaxation! The narrow streets to get to the house impose a small car.
