Brand new, modern and cozy cabin, unique location Flekkerøy, Kristiansand. The cabin is beautifully located with proximity to the lake and the forest overlooking Oksøy lighthouse. Right out of the cabin and down the road you will find the beach in the open area in Skylleviga, and there are also rocks and opportunities for fishing and going on great walks. Nice place to recharge your batteries, and child-friendly. The cabin is in a quiet area with families, so we do not want any partying. We want to rent out to families, but other quiet people are also welcome.

The cabin is located right by the water, two canoes are included and there is also a solid rowboat. The sauna located by the jetty can be booked if desired. Free parking about 150 meters from the cabin. Nice fish in the water, no need for a fishing license.

End the day in the warm cabin overlooking the lake, enjoy the jacuzzi and cook dinner together. ℹ️ Important information: Not rented out for parties. Boat can be used by appointment. Swimming and fishing places, hiking areas etc. are only a few minutes walk away. Blindleia is located 700m from the property. It takes 12 minutes to drive to the zoo, 20 minutes to Lillesand and 22 minutes to Kristiansand. The garage attic has 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and living room with dining table/chairs. In the living room there is a Hemnes day bed with good mattresses (2 beds). Max 6 pers.

Hytta har en bratt skrent på fremsiden men med gjerde. Har parkeringsplass med hovedvei til hytta og med hytta, noe smal vei opp til hytta. Stor brygge med bord og stoler. Hytta har innlagt vann. Hytta har helt nytt toalett. Internett og TV skjem. Innebygd terrasse med skyvedør/vinduer. 2 soverom med køyesenger 2 soverom med dobbeltseng.
