Own small but cozy accommodation with separate entrance that is in close proximity to our own accommodation. The accommodation is located in a quiet residential area with proximity to swimming and nature. There is a pool, and you can swim during certain times so as not to disturb the neighbours late in the evening. Access to the jetty about 100 meters from the accommodation. Parking 1 car adjacent to the accommodation. Free parking about 100 meters away. 8 km to Norrköping city centre. We prefer you to clean. If you want to hire us for cleaning, it costs SEK 700.

Peaceful newly renovated house with old-fashioned charm. 2 separate bedrooms, living room and kitchen - Total 72 square meters. Wi-Fi, sheets and towels are included, as well as cleaning. Secluded location without visibility at the far end of the plot of a large lush garden with its own elevated part of the garden with lawn by the house, with barbecue and a small patio under the roof. The house is in an old residential area with a walking distance to shops and restaurants. Åby is close to Norrköping, Kolmården Zoo, lakes, forest and the sea.

Lakelands is a lyxury lakeside house with magnificant view through the paanoramic windows over the Tisnaren lake. It´s situated in the area of the manor house Beckershof with beautiful surroundings in the middle of the nature. The house is situated 30 meters from the water. You have a small beach, jetty and a souna on a jetty of your own. A small boat is also includes in wich ou can make trips along the lake. The house is very comfortable and has very relaxing atmosfer all year round!

Det är 4 km till Åby centrum och för den naturintresserade finns Östgötaleden nära. In till Norrköpings stadskärna tar det 15 min med bil. Det finns lekstuga & gungor. En dubbelsäng, två bäddsoffor Lycksele 140 cm bred för vuxen och Hammarn 120 bred för barn. Egna lakan och handdukar medtages. Djur och rökfritt. Välkomna.

You'll find everything you need for a comfortable stay - a bathroom with a shower, and a small kitchen including an oven, hob, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. You can park your car right next to the guest house. A few minutes walk takes you to the nature reserve with hiking routes and a small lake. 15 minutes by car from Norrköping, close to the main road. Unfortunately we can't accept dogs due to a dog allergy.

Charmig stuga i utkanten av Norrköping. Gångavstånd till sjö och skog. 4 min från E4an. 7min till Yxbacken. 25min till Kolmårdens djurpark. Ligger i villakvarteret Jursla. Här vaknar man av fågelkvitter och vinden som viner i körsbärsträdet. Delar tomt med huvudbyggnaden, men med egen ingång och del av trädgård. Ett sovrum, ett vardagsrum med bäddsoffa och matplats, samt kök och badrum. 500m till barnvänlig badplats, skog och löpspår. Buss på 10min gångavstånd.

Lakeview Studio

Lakeview Studio ligger i Stavsjö i Södermanland. Studion har utsikt över Stavsjön och privat terrass. Norrköping ligger ca 25 km bort. Nyköping ca 30 km, där finns också Stockholm Skavsta flygplats. Studion är ett kompakt boende, utrustat med duschrum där det finns tvättmaskin. I köksavdelningen finns diskmaskin samt ugn/mikro. Kolmårdens djurpark är ett populärt utflyktsmål ca 20 min bilresa bort. Sörmlandsleden går förbi i närheten.
