Possibility of outdoor swimming just below the accommodation. 700 meters to public transport/commuter trains within Östergötland. 500 meters to a small grocery store & pizzeria. 5 km to Norsholm marina at Göta canal, with shop, coffee shop, restaurant. 15 km to Norrköping. The guest house is located on a residential plot near the main building, with its own patio. The house has a double bed 160 cm and a mattress in the loft. To the loft, there is a steep staircase. (Best suited for 2 adults and possibly 1 child)

Bagarstugan

In the beautiful Sörmländska countryside on road 223 between Nyköping and Björnlunda, there is a small cottage on the farm Uvsta Östergården. The cottage is located on an old small farm where we currently run a café. There we have a flea market and shop with furnishings for home and garden. The café serves lighter lunches and has good pastries. Breakfast is available for purchase in the café. Cozy garden that looks out over the fields. Bakarstuga is an older charming cottage of 35 sqm from the 1800s with beautiful views of the fields. Low ceilings!

Peaceful newly renovated house with old-fashioned charm. 2 separate bedrooms, living room and kitchen - Total 72 square meters. Wi-Fi, sheets and towels are included, as well as cleaning. Secluded location without visibility at the far end of the plot of a large lush garden with its own elevated part of the garden with lawn by the house, with barbecue and a small patio under the roof. The house is in an old residential area with a walking distance to shops and restaurants. Åby is close to Norrköping, Kolmården Zoo, lakes, forest and the sea.

This includes two floors in lovely retro style à la 60s, as well as a quiet garden surrounded by fences. Charming house with well-preserved interior from the 60s. Fully-equipped kitchen, fridge and freezer. Play old vinyl records on vintage stereo or try old games and puzzles. Close to the travel center, bus to Kolmården, tram stop and neighborhood store. Lovely Folkparken is within walking distance with exciting playground, frisbee, mini golf, outdoor gym and beach volleyball and beautiful walking paths. Free parking is included.

Modern and spacious apartment of 68 square meters. 4 beds, a double bed 180 cm and a bunk bed 90 cm divided into two separate bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom with shower and washing machine, large balcony with garden furniture. Built in 2019. The apartment is located on top of a double garage. Stairs up to the home. Walking distance to public transport to Norrköping as well as grocery store and restaurants in central Åby.

Cabin with luxury, birdsong and lovely nature

Gammelgården is located 5 km north of Finspång. The cottage is newly built in the old style with moon windows, crystal chandelier and luxurious bed linens. Lake view and dock down to Bysjön, we have a small rowing boat for guests. Borrow bicycles for wonderful bike rides and borrow golf clubs, Finspång has a 27-hole course with pay and play. We (Ingrid and Bill and the cats Tussilago and Pantufa) live on the farm in an old house from the 1750s with separate entrance and parking.

Här finns ordentligt utrymme för social samvaro och härliga middagar såväl som möjligheten att stänga dörren om sig (9 sovrum - 10 sängplatser inkl sängkläder och handdukar).

Take a break and wind down in this cosy newly built guest house. You'll find everything you need for a comfortable stay - a bathroom with a shower, and a small kitchen including an oven, hob, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. You can park your car right next to the guest house. A few minutes walk takes you to the nature reserve with hiking routes and a small lake. 15 minutes by car from Norrköping, close to the main road. Unfortunately we can't accept dogs due to a dog allergy.

Här vaknar man av fågelkvitter och vinden som viner i körsbärsträdet. Delar tomt med huvudbyggnaden, men med egen ingång och del av trädgård. Ett sovrum, ett vardagsrum med bäddsoffa och matplats, samt kök och badrum. 500m till barnvänlig badplats, skog och löpspår. Buss på 10min gångavstånd.
