If you want to use the hot tub, PLEASE LET US KNOW in good time. There is a child-friendly public beach 1.2 km from the accommodation. Grocery store about 2 km away. 15 km to Mariehamn. Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis! It's peaceful here, and you can enjoy the sun and swimming. We offer a simple and cosy little cottage with a sleeping loft and a patio. Roof over a part of the patio. The cottage has electricity. Municipal cold water is in a hose on the outside of the cabin. Outhouse that's fresh. A newly built outdoor shower is at the back of the storage room. Guests have their own small sandy beach. The cottage is in Södra Söderby in Lemland on Åland. Approximately 20 minutes by car from Mariehamn and Långnäs.

The cottage is suitable for couples, friends or adventurers. The area is private and surrounded by nature. The cottage has its own wood-fired beach sauna with terrace right on the waterfront.

In the spring the cottage is very suitable for bird watching, the place known for migratory bird stretch. Spring winter and late autumn fishing of sea trout is good.
