Our house is a newly renovated 1940's craftsman located in the hill country of Texas. In historic Johnson City, Texas it is just one block from restaurants, shopping, wineries, & art galleries. This luxurious modern farmhouse is located in the hometown of President, Lyndon B Johnson. I look forward to making your stay a memorable one. I only live a few miles down the road towards the Pedernales Falls State Park (also something fun to do), so I will be handy if needed for any reason.

Located less than 2 mins from more than 10 incredible wineries, a quick 8 mins to Johnson City, or 20 mins to Fredericksburg, this cabin is remote, yet convenient.

The Hammock House (HH) is a quiet space to just get away, relax, focus and realign. Designed for two away from the busyness of life. It's also a great central location for Enchanted Rock, Longhorn Cavern, Pedernales State Park and historic Fredericksburg. Located in the Hill Country, 1- hr west of Austin and 7 mi south of Marble Falls. Once you enter the private gate, meander down to the HH tucked away on this 200 acre privately owned property.

New Life Farms-The Writer's Cabin

Our rustic Writer's Cabin is absolutely charming. The 16 x 20 main room has a queen size bed, Roku TV, poker table, and efficiency kitchen area that includes a small fridge with freezer, microwave, coffee-maker, and double sink. The bathroom has a large shower and a rod for your hanging clothes. You will also enjoy the rockers on the front porch, which are great for sipping coffee while visiting, watching life on the farm and awesome sunsets!

Johnstone House

Welcome to the Johnstone House! This spacious home is just one block from the Main Square. A four bedroom, two bath house with vaulted living and kitchen space. The open floor plan is perfect for groups looking to gather, visit and enjoy the Hill Country! I run this BNB alongside my husband and mother. The home is a nod to our families - filled with collected and curated family heirlooms and antiques. We look forward to hosting you!
