The house is surrounded by trees and is in a secluded location in quiet surroundings. The house has a lovely south-facing covered terrace with good shelter. The house itself is architect-designed, and there is a lovely atmosphere in the house's cosy rooms. The place is ideal for a relaxing holiday with really good opportunities for experiences within a short distance.

Cozy and well-appointed 1 1/2 story house with lots of charm, close to Palmestranden. The house contains a large kitchen, living room, bathroom, laundry room with a washer and dryer. 3 bedrooms, (1 on the ground floor and 2 on the 1st floor) The house has stairs and is therefore not suitable for small children. Nice large private garden with several terraces, sun loungers, garden furniture and gas grill. If the weather is bad, there is a large, nice conservatory with both dining area and cozy corner. Pets are not allowed.

The cottage, which is located in the 1st row by the North Sea north of Lønstrup, is extremely well appointed with views of the sea on 3 sides of the house. There is about 40 sqm. of terrace around the house, where there is plenty of opportunity to find shelter. There is about 900 meters to Lønstrup Town on a path along the water and fantastic beaches within a few minutes' walk. Lønstrup is known as Little Skagen because of its many galleries and atmosphere. There are good shopping opportunities and a café environment.

The small house is simply furnished and with a very small bathroom, but with a shower. 200 meters to a lovely child-friendly beach and cozy harbor. 20 km to Skagen and 20 km to Frederikshavn. There are several good eateries, small cozy shops and two supermarkets within walking distance. It is about 500 meters to the train station, which runs Skagen-Ålborg.
