Our basecamp apartment is perfect for the outdoor enthusiast looking for an escape to the countryside. We are 1/2mile from the C&O Towpath and Potomac river and less than 2 miles from Harpers Ferry and the Appalachian Trail. Our location makes this perfect for couples, families or groups looking to hike, bike, or raft. Make use of our deck, grill, fire pit, and bike tools. We recently got internet. But no TV, and weak cell signal. The kitchenette has a hotplate, toaster oven, and coffee maker.

Snow Riders is 2.7 miles away. Snow tubing hill almost three football fields, longest on East Coast! You will want to stay...longer. The most comfortable beds ever, comphy sleep should be priority #1. Our luxury design is unmatched in the area. And our location is at best end of Washington St. 0.25 miles away. Slope side home in the winter months to Snow Riders. Lights and potentially other guests on the slope may be seen from the home.
