• 지하철역 강동역, 버스 정류장 엎어지면 코닿을 곳(40m), 모든 상업시설, 병원 걸어설 갈 수 있는 거리. • 추위를 많이 타실경우나 겨울철 예약시 다음사항을 꼭 읽어봐주시고 예약시 고려 부탁드려요. 중앙난방으로 외부 온도가 일정수준 내려갈때에 빌트인 라디에이터가 가동됩니다. 주거전용으로 지어진 건물이 아닌바 바닥난방이 안됩니다. 이를 개선하기 위해 보조 난방기기(각 침대에 전기담요, 전기 스토브) 필요에 따라서는 바닥에 매트를 깔아 두고 있습니다. 개개인마다 다르지만 겨울철 실내에서는 가벼운 소재의 발열내의, 팔이 비교적 자유로운 조끼 등 정도는 착용하시는게 좋습니다. 구비해드린 난방기기로도 큰 불편없이 지내주셨지만 간혹 엄청 추위 많이 타시는 분들께는 해당 에어비엔비가 적합하지 않을 수 있으니 이점 참고 부탁드립니다.
