Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located condo. You are steps to the pool and water park (water park tickets sold separately). Plenty of dining options, hiking and golf are within walking distance. In the winter, enjoy the ski-in and ski-out location. This condo has a fully stocked kitchen, a dining area and a living room with a smart tv and cable. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed with a smart tv. The second bedroom has a full and two twins.

Teeny Tiny Cottage on Lake Eden Water Front

This cozy cottage with loft on water front, $65 dollars per nights, Two night minimum is required. We have week or month reservations. Depending on availability there is rental of (2) paddle boats (2) kayaks (1) two man canoe (1) Row Boat, and dock space rental for personal water craft. Travel to Burlington airport is one hour and Montreal airports is two hours. The cottage is centrally located between major ski areas, 30 minutes to Jay Peak Resort, Stowe Resort, and Smugglers Notch Resort.

With a well stocked kitchen and central great living area as well as 5 bedrooms and a den, everyone can have the space that they need. Private entrance with a mud room and ski locker. Free parking. Access to the Jay Peak Resort facilities, including pool, water park and skating rink are available for a fee to the resort.

The Cabin is perched on stilts and offers an incredible panoramic view! You will be in paradise in our spa as well as warm near the wood-burning fireplace and the A/C in summer. Private apartment w/hot tub for 4 & abundant amenities. Kitchen stocked w/ basics for cooking. Access to back yard with grill, fire pit & pond stocked w/ trout (for feeding). Access to 1 mile +/- of scenic wooded trails & beaver pond w/ pedal boat. Close to Burke Mtn, VAST & Kingdom Trails. Hosts on site & available if needed. DISH, smart TV, movies & games. Internet WiFi should be strong we now have fiber. Poor cell service. NO PETS. Please don't ask.
