The residential area's own magnificent sandy beach is located 130 m and the beach area of Kirkkoranta about 700 m away. In winter, there are ski trails on the lake ice, weather permitting. In addition, there are ski trails in the sports institute's surroundings. Distance to the barn about 150 m.

The cottage has a shower and a water toilet. The beach terrace has a small canopy, a gas grill and a dining table. In connection with the barrel sauna, there is a bathtub and a terrace, where the evening sun shines beautifully. The beach is shallow and also suitable for children. The plot is quiet and protected by trees from neighbors. No pets.

Relax in the wood-fired sauna and cool off on the glass-enclosed terrace. There is also a large yard, a shallow beach and a charcoal/wood-fired grill. Sheets, towels, and final cleaning are included.
