Pop studio open to the garden.

The colourful studio is located on the ground floor of our 19th century house, with a separate entrance. The studio overlooks the shared garden which you can enjoy. There are tables for eating outside in the shade of the palm trees. The studio is very quiet, not overlooked. To access it, read the arrival guide carefully;=) You are responsible for cleaning... or you can choose the cleaning package for an additional €20, to be requested when booking.

Located between Nantes (25 min) and Rennes (40 min), 1 hour from the sea and 3h30 from Paris, this charming blue stone building on 4 levels sits on the edge of a village filled with friendly Gauls. Surrounded by greenery (>1000m2), by a river (swimmable), you can enjoy the calm of this place, but also practice sports (Crossfit, tennis, volleyball, basketball, bike rides), games (ping pong, foosball, darts, board games) and fishing.

Independent accommodation in the center of town

Welcome to the heart of the village of Nozay in the Loire-Atlantique . We welcome you to a fully renovated accommodation that is located in an annex independent of our dwelling, garden side. So you will be completely self-sufficient for your comings and goings. Outside, parking is free. The village is dynamic and has many shops and restaurants. Please note that we are church square, the bells ring from 7am to 10pm.

Enjoy nature in the countryside in a characterful, green and peaceful environment. Relax in this quiet accommodation with private bathroom, accessible to people with reduced mobility. Be self-catering and enjoy your meals on the terrace whenever you want. We don't provide breakfast but you have a kettle, coffee maker, toaster, microwave available.

La Huche – Country House

The barn is an outbuilding of the farmhouse inhabited by the owners, located in a place called, 45 minutes from Nantes and 60 minutes from Rennes. The house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a rural and quiet environment with private terrace overlooking the garden, not overlooked. There is parking in front of the entrance.

The apartment is located between Rennes and Nantes in the village of Derval, in the city center. It is 1 minute from all shops, bakeries, bar, tobacco, restaurant and 5 minutes from the Orange Bleu gym and Super U upstairs, a living room, kitchen, TV, Wi-Fi and above, there is 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. Passing through the area, on a business trip or for a weekend, we are located in ISSÉ in the countryside. Furnished accommodation for two people is available in a quiet area close to all amenities. (Supermarket, pharmacy, lunch, tobacco bar, bakery). you will have a private terrace, parking space and internet connection.

Small corner of nature by the water, you can enjoy the terrace to relax, with its magnificent view of the pond. The house has a private bedroom, also an extra sofa bed for two beds. The kitchen is fully equipped. Bathroom with walk-in shower. A pleasant setting for a moment of connection to nature.
