Perched high on a ridge in a quiet cul-de-sac 25 minutes from Victoria and Sooke, and encompassed by raw natural beauty with a breathtaking 180-degree backdrop of Lookout Lake and mountains. Please note that during 04-05/2025 we will be renovating and expanding our service offering, including sleeping up to 4, kitchen with cooktop, full BBQ, fridge/freezer, large screen surround sound TV, bedroom TV, new furniture. Rates will be adjusted in June.

Victoria - Stunning 2 bedroom Lakefront Suite

Paradise near the city! Absolutely stunning, peaceful and centrally located modern lake front suite. Only steps to the lake where you can enjoy paddle boarding, swimming and incredible fishing. Located just minutes to all amenities, golf courses and 15 minutes to downtown Victoria. The suite has two bedrooms each with king size beds, one bathroom, media room/office space, full kitchen and full laundry. There is a large outdoor covered patio space with outdoor dining, lounging and BBQ.

Welcome to Barb's By the Lake. Large, bright self contained one bedroom lower suite. Private patio door entrance. Rustic, quiet location. Across the street from pristine Florence Lake. Two minute drive to Costco. Loads of shopping, restaurants, recreational facilities, walking trails and 5 minutes to the highway so it's quick to head downtown or up island. I put a lot of love into making my suite comfortable and cozy including hand painted furniture and bathroom floor. Really comfy bed too.

The care takers pier house is the most unique way to embrace Brentwood Bay . Being the oldest private marina in BC you will sense its rich history on the walls of the house. On the peir you will find boat builders and canvas makers and the largest paddle sport operation on the island. Brentwood spa is a 4 minute walk down the path , seahorse cafe is next door and butchart gardens is in the same bay. All who come to Brentwood bay love the little island feel at portside marina .

Welcome to your private oceanfront getaway Nestled in a (distanced) private area of our property awaits this 40 foot rustic/industrial style converted bus. Take in the ocean view of the Sooke Basin and the mountains of Washington state across the strait of Juan De Fuca. Enjoy a visit from our dog, Argo, who lives on the property and loves our guests. West coast rugged beachfront cabin with easy beach access. 45 minutes from the city. Plenty of kitesurfing, mountain biking, close excellent surfing (Jordon River) and hiking areas. ( west coast trail, Juan de fuca marine trail). Local whale watching area. Winter storm watching or simply reading a book by the fire. A lovely spot for two after a long day of activities. You’ll enjoy quiet sunsets, perhaps the odd storm, relax and recharge.
