2-Story house with ample balcony. 6500ft² of constructed area in a 26000ft² land, located in Jaguariúna-SP, a city well-known for its Rodeo and the Steam Train. House is located very close to the city center. The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 of those being suites with TV and a ceiling fan, wi-fi, cable tv, as well as a pool, games room, hammocks, fireplace, changing rooms, and gardens. There is a groundskeeper that takes care of the external area upkeep. Cleaning lady is available for seasonal work.

It is a 7,000 m² farm integrated with nature overlooking one of the waterfalls of the Jaguari River, perfect for rest on weekends and holidays. Open concept house, gourmet space, two swimming pools, one with a bar and a soccer field. Accommodation for 12 people, 10 people in the 3 bedrooms and 2 people on the sofa bed in the living room. There are 3 bathrooms, one inside the house and 2 outside the house. Pots, bowls, plates, water glasses, mugs, cutlery, etc. are provided for guests to use.

The house is industrial in style, very bright and immersed in the Atlantic forest, in the climatic resort of Morungaba, 100 km from São Paulo and 45 km from Campinas. It has Wi-Fi, hot/cold A/C, 55'' Smart TV, balcony, private barbecue and fireplace. We do not accept pets. On the site, in shared use with any other guests, there is: an asphalted running track, tennis court, heated pool, dry sauna, trampoline and much more.
