Most importantly, you are only a 1 block walk from the beach. Our updated townhouse sleeps six, has fast internet and cable TV and a keyless entry that makes taking a dip in the pool or ocean even easier.

A modern-style single-story townhouse with 2 bedrooms with Queen beds and 2 full bathrooms, as well as its own private pool and grill, 3 TVs and Wi-Fi. Located in the gated community of Malaga Herradura, within an 8-minute drive to the Los Suenos Marina and Playa Herradura, Jaco (10). We recommend using a car, taxi or Uber cab. Maximum for 4 adults and 2 children 3-17 years old. Only dogs up to 15 kg of quiet nature, with a $25 + VAT pet fee per stay per dog, paid after the reservation is made.

Our beach house has everything your family will want for a fun filled vacation in the sun. We are located 7 minutes walk from the beach and 3 minutes from the closest grocery store. Many restaurants within 3-5 minutes walk. We have a pool, an outdoor grill, an outdoor eating area, surf boards, beach gear; coolers and more, two porches with hammocks to relax on, a very well equipped kitchen, washer/dryer and lots of toys and books for kids This is a perfect spot for family and friends!

Beautiful & Modern 3 bedroom townhome is close to everything. Master bedroom with a queen size bed, second bedroom with a double bed & 3rd bedroom with 2 single beds. The master bedroom has a private bathroom. The internet is high speed & dedicated to the house & perfect for teleworking. The beach is a short walk from the house. We are located on the quite end of the Main Street in Jaco. Central Jaco has countless restaurants & shops which is located walking distance from the house.
