This private apartment is upstairs in a home that is directly on the east shore of the lake, only 1.5 miles from downtown Ithaca. One bedroom apartment on a lovely Ithaca street. Quiet, very little traffic + beautiful waterfall at each end! The Ithaca Commons, Farmer's Market, and bus to Cornell campus are 4 blocks away. Stewart Park=20 minute walk. Unit is upper floor of a duplex, with owner living on lower floor. It's in no way modern, but it IS clean, convenient and comfy. 1 Off-street parking space is provided. No smoking inside, but you are welcome to on the semi-enclosed porch. Private yard to relax w/grill.

Hayts Chapel, on a beautiful and private half acre has a large open space with hardwood floors, high ceilings, partitioned bedroom, full bathroom, and kitchen. Large old windows with wavy glass let in tons of light, but insulated attic keeps it cool. Outdoors has an eating area, stone fire pit, and plenty of parking. Close to downtown, gorges, wineries and u-pick farms, this quiet setting with relaxing ambiance is a wonderful space for a home-base while visiting Ithaca and the Fingerlakes!

Beautiful, private location at the top of Ithaca Falls. A bedroom with a queen bed for 2, a sofa that can sleep 1, a private bathroom, and living room. There is no kitchen or dining room, but there is a a small dining table, two chairs, a microwave, a coffeemaker with coffee, filters, disposable tableware, a toaster, and a mini-fridge (in the closet). It is a 5-minute drive to downtown Ithaca and Cornell University. Ithaca can easily be reached by car, bike, bus, or foot.

The Rhodie House

The Rhodie House is located on the West shore of Cayuga Lake. It is close to Ithaca, wineries and parks. Cornell University can be seen from the dock. The lake frontage includes 80 ft. of gravel beach as well as a wooden dock. The cottage has a wrap around deck with great lake views. There are over 20 rhododendron bushes on the property. A smart TV allows streaming your favorite shows.

Beautiful Cayuga Lakehouse

My place is available for three night minimum in June, July, and August and two night minimum in the off season. We do rent year round as our driveway is promptly plowed and maintained in the winter. We are close to parks and restaurants. Nice ambiance. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets).
