The villa has 3 air-conditioned suites, each with its own bathroom and separate toilet. A studio, also with air conditioning and bathroom, completes the house. It has a dining room with an open kitchen, two balconies and a large deck. The access to the sea is straight, you can take off and land the kites on the large lawn by the beach. At 100 meters, you have a choice of kitesurfing and a restaurant.

With a modern design and fully equipped, the Guajiru loft is located in the center of Itarema-ce, close to supermarkets, pharmacies, banks, shops, bars, restaurants and 5 minutes from Ilha do Guajiru beach.
