Very bright and comfortable apartment, totally renovated with a current style. The apartment has all amenities: -washing machine, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, iron, etc. The accommodation consists of 1 bedroom with a double bed and built-in wardrobes, living room, full bathroom, kitchen and terrace. All on the ground floor, there is no need to climb stairs. Single entrance and garden exit from the terrace. This season we will pay special attention to the appearance, cleanliness in the apartment and health security against the coronavirus. Nice house very close to the beach in Islantilla

Beautiful townhouse 5 minutes walk to the beach. Located in a gated community with a private parking space. It has three floors. Two bedrooms with two 90 cm beds each and a bathroom with a shower on the middle floor and a master bedroom with a double bed, suite type with a terrace and a bathroom on the top floor, totally independent. The ground floor living area has a large living/dining room, an equipped kitchen, a toilet with a sink and shower, a laundry room, a pantry and a garden with access from the living room.

Sun all year round, golf, beach, relaxation, guaranteed cleanliness, swimming pool open all year round, 600mg fiber optic ADSL, 3 televisions, download 5 meters from the house, garage, go down from the patio to one of the 2 swimming pools, few stairs in case you are older, large terrace with space to eat and chill out, great for teleworking, dogs are allowed and you can smoke, paddle tennis courts [6] one tennis court, zip line, shower and bathroom with hydromassage, security cameras throughout the block

Wifi and parking for the guests. Pool open all year around.
