Newly renovated, barbecue & patio, 150 meters to the sea

The residence is completely renovated (2022) and is part of a villa, but completely separate with its own entrance. Parking is available adjacent to the apartment and for those who prefer to go by bus, the bus stop is just outside. To the sea, it is about 150 meters and to Ica Nära in Grundsund, about 450 meters. Restaurants and swimming areas are also within walking distance (summer). The apartment is about 35 sqm and has two rooms and a kitchen as well as a bathroom and a small hall. Outside the house, there is a patio with table and chairs and barbecue.

Welcome to our newly renovated farmhouse in rural idyll. The property offers a combination of relaxation and activity, with access to climbing wall, skateboard ramp, mountain biking, and an exercise trail for trail running. Enjoy modern conveniences in a rustic setting. A short forest walk from the cabin is our pond with a wind shelter and the opportunity for cooking out in nature. The cabin is rented without linen and towels. There is rent to if required.

Newly-built house (2019) of 44 sqm with possibility for five people to stay. The house is beautifully situated overlooking meadows and mountains. It is five minutes walk to the sea and in the bay there is a rowboat that you can borrow. On the island, there is a fish shop and restaurant, also a five-minute walk from the house.
