Its avant-garde architecture is typical of the area, and is signed by Felipe Wedeles, star architect of Matanzas.

One-bedroom loft, it has a bathroom and the living room has a comfortable sofa bed. It has a spacious and high-rise atmosphere. Views of the countryside, sea and other houses in the area. The House of 3 Spots is the first project of the new touristic center called "Centinela de Matanzas". It is located in the best surf, windsurf and kitesurf spot in Chile. Its name comes from the stunning view of 3 of the main spots in the area: Matanzas, Las Brisas and "Roca Cuadrada". The house is on a surface of 8.744 s.q.m area and located above at 100 meters over the sea level.
