Very quiet location, quiet neighbours, residential area with immediate access to shops and a shopping centre (10-minute walk). You can park in front of the house. It's a one-way street with very little traffic and it's lit up at night. We do not have air conditioning. The room is cool in summer, and in winter the average indoor temperature is 22/23 degrees. The main room is 4 x 3 m and includes a sofa bed and a cooking area. The bathroom is private. You have access to a direct cable internet connection, TV and Netflix.
