Our house is located in a small village of Zagoria in Demati, at 1020m altitude. The village is close to Metsovo and Ioannina as it is only 6 km from the Eastern Zagori interchange of Egnatia. Is an old stone house. At the ground floor dominates the fireplace with comfortable sofas and a kitchen with a bar in the middle of the kitchen. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, office and two bathrooms. My space is suitable for couples and families (with children).

The chalet is only about 500 meters away from the fine sandy beach. The entire property covers 3,500 sqm, and there are many beautiful places to linger.
