Enjoy quiet days in a cozy cabin with a brand new wood-fired sauna, perfect for relaxing after hiking in the mountains or a day on the slopes. The cabin is large (109 sqm), spacious and open. The surrounding area has good hiking conditions both on foot, on skis and by bike. There is the possibility of hunting and fishing. Right outside the door, there is a well-developed network of well-prepared ski slopes. It is a short distance to the alpine resorts in Trysilfjellet (25 minutes) and Sälen (35 minutes). Here you have proximity to activities both in summer and winter.

Small cottage with charm at Øståsen in Vikersund. 40 min walk upwards from the parking lot. Here there is simple life without electricity and water. The road up is a nice trip, a bit heavy some lots. Recommend going upstairs before dark. Remember good shoes and warm cloths. At the top, the prize awaits, flat and nice with lovely views:) Bunk bed in kitchen, sofa bed in living room. To Sjusjøen cross-country skiing 8 km drive, to Hafjell/Hunderfossen Adventure Park 30 min, and Sjusjøen alpine for families only 10 min. Lillehammer city center 15 min. Evening and Sunday open grocery store Mesnali 3 min. Bed linen and towels can be rented and must be pre-booked - price NOK 250/£20/€25 per set. Feel free to bring your own. Dette skjedde under kristninga av Norge. På gården finnes den hellige brønnen "Olavskilden". Kjøreavstand til Oslo er 250 km og det samme til Trondheim. Her kan du dra på ski i Hafjell, Kvitfjell, Gålå, nasjonalparken Jotunheimen eller Rondane. Om sommer kan du se Peer Gynt, moskus-safari eller dagstur til Geiranger.
