Apartamento reformado y con mobiliario nuevo a menos de 30 metros del mar. Cerca de varios locales de restauración con terraza, tiendas, etc. Se encuentra a 10 minutos del aeropuerto de Gran Canaria, en la playa del Burrero. En este barrio costero del sureste de la isla se disfruta de bellos amaneceres, de la hospitalidad de su gente, de la tranquilidad de la zona, de aguas limpias y ricas en yodo, de un lugar único para la práctica de deportes náuticos, paseos por la costa, comida local, etc.

The apartment feel quiet and private, like a home away from home. The raw wooden furnishings and tarnished ceramics create a sense of pared back luxury. Central located area! 15 min by bus to the sunny beaches, 20 min by bus to the airport. The apartment is beside to the bus stop. Apartment Fantastic: Sun, Beach, Wind&Dive

Ground-floor apartment in a semi-detached house with separate entrance, consisting of: living room, kitchen, bedroom with 135x185cm bed, very small bathroom with shower (see photos!). Hairdryer, shampoo, body wash, washing machine, refrigerator, filter coffee maker, TV, Wi-Fi. Very convenient commute to beaches and the north of island. 3.5 km from the coast, quiet outlying area in Vecindario. Free street parking. Cover: Amadores Beach, 30 km south. I recommend renting a car.

Situado en una zona muy cómoda, céntrica y tranquila de la ciudad , en un edificio residencial habitado por Españoles y extranjeros desde los años 60 y desde donde podrás disfrutar de las bonitas vistas a la bahía.
