Venue offers all the modern conveniences in the center of fishing, hiking, rock climbing, 4 wheeling. Reasonably priced, immaculate accommodations. Great Wi-Fi provides a work/play option. Dining, food supplies, and fuel are steps away at the General Store and grill. Beautifully restored, tiny historic treasure (studio).

The Farmhouse has two bedrooms, two baths, a full kitchen, central heat & AC, gas fireplace & a two car garage. There's a big yard for kids to play & room to park ATVs & toy trailers .

Plus, Sundance Ski Resort is only 21 miles away, making this the perfect base for adventure and relaxation. (Please remember that this is a basement apartment that has a small family living upstairs.)

Roam Ranch Yurt: In a world of squares, it's time to experience round! Located on 10 acres in the beautiful valley of Milburn, Utah. Come reset in nature, relax by the fire pit and watch the sun set, ride our mtn bike flow trail (beginner/intermediate/expert level) or better yet, test your skills on our 9 hole disc golf course! Cozy non smoking or vaping Studio apartment located above our detached garage. Kitchenette, big screen TV with cable, and WIFI. I have 1 king size bed and 1 sofa sleeper, So you can sleep 4 people, two in the bed and two on the sofa hid a bed. We are Located in a quiet rural farming community about 30 minutes South of Provo Utah. Beautiful Mountain View with Easy access to the Freeway . We have a Convenient BBQ area with a pergola and mood lighting for a relaxing night setting.

A super cozy mountain yurt with your comfort in mind. We have a lot of yurting experience and we think this yurt has it all. It is remote and high up in the mountains, yet a short drive from civilization. Plus, if you're traveling along Highway 6, it is only a stone's throw away! Come stay for one night, the weekend, or a whole week. This yurt has it all! Dogs are allowed for a small pet fee. You can drive to the yurt in non winter months, otherwise, the hike in is ~1.9 miles.
