The cottage and sauna (access from the terrace) have been renovated. The sauna has an eco-toilet, and in summer, only the outdoor eco-toilet is in use (there is also a hot tub in summer for an additional fee). In addition, the cottage creates a fireplace and great views of the lake. There's also no light pollution here, so you can spot the aurora borealis while lounging in bed.

To heat the cabin, you must know how to use a fireplace and a stove. There is no electricity grid, but the generator and the solar power plant with accumulator work in the hands of a skilled tenant.
