Die Vermietung für einzelne Nächte geht nur im Ausnahmefall, Vermietung an 3 + 4 Personen erst ab 3 Übernachtungen. Kinderbett u. Hochstuhl kosten je € 3 extra. Keine Rollläden oder Jalousien. Garden apartment for vacation and business trips

The apartment has a sleeping/living room with kitchen. A private bathroom can be reached via the house corridor. The apartment can accommodate two people. For short stays, one to two children can sleep on a folding mattress. (Please inquire first!) The apartment is on the ground floor , the garden can be shared. Pets are allowed only upon request, as the house also has two cats and a friendly dog. Smoking is allowed all year round only on the terrace.

In the kitchen is a fridge with freezer , stove with two hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, Tefal Easy Fry hot air fryer and a seating option is available. The bathroom has a shower bath.

Our place is close to Mönchengladbach in the city of Erkelenz. Düsseldorf, Aachen, Cologne and Roermond(NL) are also very easy to reach, and the motorway connections are very good. Erkelenz Central Station is easily accessible.  We can offer a free pick-up and drop-off at Erkelenz station. Drop-off and pick-up from Düsseldorf Airport or other desired location is available at an additional charge.
