All the second floor is for the gests (55m²) : you can live in a place almost independant ... including 1 room with one double bed (or 2 individual beds) and private bathroom, and 1 artist studio transormed into livingroom with one bed for another guest (+ 50€).The bathroom is shared. We offer two rooms (see other listing) in our 4P accommodation on the ground floor with 2 terraces and a small garden in the heart of a recent residence at the entrance to the Grand Parc des Coquibus. The apartment is divided into 2 accommodations each closing with their key The entrance to the apartment is common to both accommodations. Guest accommodation with a view of the Eiffel Tower is not shared, it's like a studio with a balcony. There is a bedroom area with a queen-size bed, 1 wardrobe, floor lamps, equipped kitchen, and small shower area. The toilet is opposite the bedroom. On the balcony: 1 table and 2 chairs, a space is reserved for gardening.

As a mother living with my 2 children and a very nice little dog, I rent a 9 m2 room. The room consists of a convertible bed for 1–2 people, a desk and a shelf. You will have access to the bathroom, kitchen, living room and garden. Linens and towels are provided. Tea and coffee are available. My house is located in a gated community, 5 minutes walk to the bus stop in the city center.
