畳のくつろぎ空間のある貸し切りのアパートです。 地下鉄駅近く、便利な立地です。 この部屋は日本のレトロなデザインで建物が建築された時の間取り、建具寸法のままです。日本の古い建具サイズで背の高い方には狭く感じられるかもしれません。箪笥や戸棚は約１００年前頃のものです。畳でくつろいでください。 建物は市街地にあり、緊急時は警察、救急車などのサイレン音が深夜でもあります。又、近隣の建築工事で騒音が発生する時があります。ご了解ください。 地下鉄谷町9丁目駅徒歩２分｡ 難波・道頓堀に地下鉄で5分、黒門市場、日本橋電電タウンが徒歩圏｡大阪城､四天王寺も地下鉄ですぐ行けます｡ デパート､コンビニエンスストアやスーパーマーケット､飲食店等も近隣に豊富です｡ この部屋はホストが直接管理しているので､どうぞ 安心してご利用下さい｡ 子供料金、ベビー椅子は1000円（１滞在）ベッドは1000円(1泊毎）をいただきます。 建物にはエレベーターがあります。 昨今の電力料金の高騰により週間、長期割引等の予約については 電気メーターの検針で使用料をチェックアウト時に請求させていただきます。ご了承ください。

My accommodation is a 5-minute walk from JR Momodani Station. There are restaurants, supermarkets, convenience stores, and drugstores in front of the station, making it convenient for your stay. The inn is on the 3th floor and can accommodate up to 4 people. It has 2 double beds, dining table, kitchen, shower room, and toilet (with bidet). For long-term stays, 2 persons are the best and easy to spend. You need to climb the stairs from the first to the second floor of the inn.

This is a newly renovated old Japanese house, a middle-class residence built in 1929 and renovated in 2017. It is a legal accommodation permitted by the city of Osaka. Located in the southern part of Osaka, a very quiet residential area. 10 minutes away from the nearest subway station, Kishinosato. It is easy to reach Namba, Umeda by subway, KIX and Koyasan by Nankai Railway. The 7-11 convenience store is one minute away. The Sento public bath is also very close to my house.

We renovated a house in downtown Osaka. This is a Japanese house with a nostalgic feel. The location is 15 minutes by train to Namba, the downtown area of Osaka, and 40 minutes to Osaka Station, making it an area with good access to the center of Osaka. The surrounding area is a quiet residential area. There are many supermarkets and 24-hour convenience stores within walking distance. Recommended for those who want to experience the life of an old Japanese private house.
