The cabin is located just 10 minutes from R9, 20 minutes from Vennesla, 30 minutes from Kristiansand, and 45 minutes from Kristiansand Zoo. It’s 100 metres from Cycle Route 3. Very fast internet. Outdoor living room with fireplace can be borrowed upon request. Swimming area in the river 50 m from the cabin . Many hiking trails. Rowboat can be borrowed from about April to about November. A lot of small fish in the river. No need a fishing license.

The cabin is completely secluded with its own jetty and has several nice outdoor areas. The heat pump keeps the temperature even throughout the day and the wood stove can be lit for coziness and extra heat. Ski slope at Øynaheia is not far away and you can strap on the skis at the cabin and walk towards the slopes from there. Very nice bathing opportunities with your own jetty outside the cabin. The cabin has a double bed, a single bed and 2 extra mattresses.

The house is about 50 m2 with porch of about 60 m2 around. Parking spaces for 3 cars. Type 2 electric car charger. There are marked hiking trails around the cabin area, as well as a swimming beach. Great outfield for picking wild mushrooms and berries in late summer and autumn. Opportunity to fish in the fjord, where there are trout, char and perch.

We also offer a rowboat, so the area can be explored from the water. Here you get the best view of the lake and mountains with all the comforts to enjoy your stay!
