Waking up with a view of the hills of Vizovické vrchy in the middle of a blackthorn orchard while birds are singing is the perfect therapy to clear your head from city life. You can use the sofa located by a huge window facing east overlooking the Vizovické vrchy and a large window facing north overlooking the blackthorn orchard for quiet moments and tasting something good. During the barbecue in the evening, the western sun will illuminate the terrace in front of our cottage, where many gourmets will apply their gastronomic skills.

We have created an amazing, stylish and spacious place for our guests to stay in Olomouc. A place where we would stay ourselves on our travels. You can relax in a modern bathtub right in the bedroom. We have an electric fireplace in the living room for a “cosy” atmosphere. Nearby there is a tram stop, “Hodolanská”, as well as a train station and a bus station. The cottage is located in nature near the village of Březová in the White Carpathians. A few years ago, we completely renovated our cottage into a modern style while preserving the original shape. It's our heart and soul, and that's why we decided to let the cottage make others happy. You will find a wellness area with a Finnish sauna and jacuzzi, complete outdoor seating with a grill, a fireplace and a view of the forest surrounding the cottage and a lot of gadgets that we believe will make your stay with us more pleasant.

In the evening you can experience romance by a hot fireplace or watch the stars on the elevated terrace. The cozy interior offers a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, including dishes, a kettle and a fridge. Bathroom with shower and flushing toilet. We try to be environmentally friendly, so the bathroom is also equipped with organic cosmetics. The cottage is also equipped with wifi.

We believe that it is the intimate environment with two apartments that creates a pleasant and friendly atmosphere, but at the same time, we recommend the accommodation to guests who do not mind sharing the outdoor areas with other guests.

A cozy brick house, 15 minutes walk from the center of Zlín, is located in a unique and very quiet location of the First Republic houses, which were built by Tomáš and J.A. Baťa. The space is renovated, stylishly furnished and surrounded by a beautiful garden with a view of the surroundings. For relaxation, there is a terrace with a French window on the ground floor and a terrace on the 1st floor, where you can relax on an outdoor bed. The genus loci was taken care of by architects, designers.

The surroundings of the cottage have been arranged for your comfort: a terrace with sun loungers and bathtubs for swimming in the summer, a tub with heated water for spring and autumn days, outdoor seating on a partially covered terrace next to a small pond, space for grilling or roasting. And greenery planted all around. I wanted guests to experience quality and comfort both at first sight and firsthand.
