You can use the sofa located by a huge window facing east overlooking the Vizovické vrchy and a large window facing north overlooking the blackthorn orchard for quiet moments and tasting something good. During the barbecue in the evening, the western sun will illuminate the terrace in front of our cottage, where many gourmets will apply their gastronomic skills.

A cozy brick house, 15 minutes walk from the center of Zlín, is located in a unique and very quiet location of the First Republic houses, which were built by Tomáš and J.A. Baťa. The space is renovated, stylishly furnished and surrounded by a beautiful garden with a view of the surroundings. For relaxation, there is a terrace with a French window on the ground floor and a terrace on the 1st floor, where you can relax on an outdoor bed. The genus loci was taken care of by architects, designers.

The surroundings of the cottage have been arranged for your comfort: a terrace with sun loungers and bathtubs for swimming in the summer, a tub with heated water for spring and autumn days, outdoor seating on a partially covered terrace next to a small pond, space for grilling or roasting. And greenery planted all around. I wanted guests to experience quality and comfort both at first sight and firsthand.

The Baťa house, renovated in the spirit of functionalism, industrialism and the Baťa era, offers space for up to four people. In the interior, you will find furniture and decorations left by Grandmother Helena, which gives the home a unique personal and family atmosphere. Every detail is chosen to reflect the 1930s-1960s, when the Baťa houses were created.
