It is a frequented environment, next to the Keleti Railway Station, metro-, bus-, trolley-, tram stations 2-5 minutes. The party district and the City Park are very close on foot. There are also common areas in the building, such as a gym and laundry. Equipped with air-condition.

The area is full of bars, cafés, restaurants, 0-24 grocery around the corner, shopping center, ruin pubs, Széchenyi SPA are very close.
