Newly-built cottage right by the sea with a large jetty and a private berth. The dock is made for you to enjoy all day, as there are sun loungers, swimming ladder, outdoor furniture and barbecue. Within walking distance, you can rent kayaks, paddle tennis courts and a spa. The cottage has an open living room and kitchen with stunning views of the sea. Toilet with shower and washing machine. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed and a private balcony, one with 2 single beds that can be put together and one with a 120 cm bed.

Här bor du i ett lugnt och naturnära område med närhet till både hav, bad och smidiga kommunikationer. 1 minuts gångavstånd till närmaste busshållsplats som tar dig in till centrala Göteborg på 30 minuter. 10 minuter gång till härliga badvikar. Nya Hovås 10 minuter bort med buss eller bil. Här finns en stor matbutik, flertalet restauranger samt caféer, apotek och systembolag.
