Located on 5 beautiful acres, where you can enjoy your own private space. The deck is the perfect spot to watch the storms roll in or enjoy a beautiful Territory sunset. You can also hop into the pool directly from the deck. The space is all yours! Open plan lounge and kitchen, spacious bathroom and bedroom. Enjoy the tranquility of tropical rural living in a stand-alone cottage, with a fully fenced garden, located at the front of a 5 acre property. Just off the Arnhem highway, the cottage is close to shops and is a gateway to Kakadu, popular fishing locations as well as being close to Litchfield and other attractions. Fully self contained independent cottage. Tropical front verandah looking out to natural bush. Set on 10 acres in a quiet area, secure and safe. Lounge, tv, dining area, kitchen, fridge, bedroom with queen size bed and separate bathroom with shower, toilet, washing machine and tub. Pets allowed as spacious securely fenced lawned area. Dogs can be safely left in the yard if you go out. I can check on them if requested. Unfortunately internet is not reliable.
