Fern Cottage

Fern Cottage is on rear of our property with private entrance as well as its own outdoor spaces which include seating, fire pit and lots of shade, front entrance has porch with swing. It is fully furnished There is an under counter fridge in the kitchen and full size fridge located outside your bedroom door in garage. Off street parking provided. NO smoking unit. No exceptions. No more than 2 pets allowed NO AGGRESSIVE PETS. There is a $25 pet fee please be courteous and pay when reserving.

Crockett's escape treehouse is an amazing lodging experience with a 180- degree view of beautiful Greers Ferry Lake. The private woodland retreat for two adults features a two-person jacuzzi hot tub that allows you to look over the entire lake. The treehouse has a full kitchenette with a stove top oven, microwave, dining area, Fireplace with a 65-inch smart TV. The L shape sectional couch with chaise turns into a sleeper. The private wrap around deck is huge and the views are spectacular

The Park House is newly renovated and minutes from UCA, Hendrix, and CBC colleges. From a fully equipped kitchen with complimentary coffee/tea to Smart TVs in both living room and master suite, a dedicated work space, full size washer and dryer, and a fenced backyard with a Weber grill, we tried to think of everything to make your stay enjoyable! You'll enjoy this cozy cottage when you stay here. Bruce and Cindy built this from the ground up and have several acres of land to enjoy. On the grounds you will find semi-free-roaming chickens (don't worry, they won't bite) and a loving cat named Sunny and a little cavapoo dog named Stewby. The cabin backs up to a wooded area, so even thought you are only minutes from shopping, parks, Beaverfork Lake, and many other attractions, it feels like you are in the country.
