2) Fully operational kitchenette with induction, microwave, kettle, cutlery, crockery, utensils & a 165 liters fridge.

3) Two Ensuite Bedrooms with a queen sized bed, wardrobe, attached balcony, air-conditioning.

4) We offer round the clock housekeeping service with 24 hours operational/maintenance staff on premise.

5) Swimming pool facility is available Monday-Sunday from 9 AM-7 PM. Sunbeds available near the pool side are on first come first serve basis.

6) In house scooty/car/cab rental services for your convenience.

7) The property itself is centrally located with Baga river only 100 meters from the property whereas Baga Beach & Anjuna Beach is equidistant at approximately 1.5-2 kms each.
