Hugely charming wooden house located on 5000 m2 of undisturbed surroundings overlooking a scenic and protected area with heathland. Occasionally, a deer or two will stop by. The house is located on the eastern part of the island in the Kromose area. A quiet beach facing the Wadden Sea to the east, which is part of UNESCO's natural heritage, is only 500 meters walking distance on a path. Enjoy your morning coffee and tranquility on one of the lovely terraces or on the covered terrace. There is a great opportunity to see the northern lights in the winter months.

This unique cottage is located on the idyllic Wadden Sea island of Rømø. The house is located on a hilly natural plot with 180-degree panoramic views of meadows facing Rømø's wide, white beaches. The house sleeps 6 (+1 baby bed) and has a sauna. The house is bright and friendly and has a nice view to the west. The house has a nice, large open wooden terrace with panoramic views to the southeast and west. From the property, there is direct access to a bike and walking path that leads to Lakolk and the wide sandy beach.

Unsere gemütliche, sehr helle ca. 70 m² große Erdgeschosswohnung mit Einzelhauscharakter bietet euch einen ca. 40 m² großen Wohn-/Essbereich mit offener Küche, Essecke und Kamin, ein Büroraum, ein Duschbad mit ebenerdiger Dusche, ein separates Schlafzimmer, eine große, überdachte Terrasse mit Sauna & Whirlpool & eingewachsenen Garten. Strand, Innenstadt und Bahnhof sind zu Fuß in ca. 10-15 Minuten zu erreichen, der nächste Supermarkt in direkter Nähe. Hunde sind bei uns herzlich willkommen!

Sehr zentral gelegen, dennoch ruhig. Fußläufig sind Bäcker (ca. 100 m), Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Apotheke und die Innenstadt von Westerland erreichbar. Zum Bahnhof Westerland sind es nur ca. 300 m - eine Anreise mit dem Auto ist daher prinzipiell nicht notwendig, aber möglich, da ein Parkplatz zur Wohnung gehört. Zum Strand sind es ca. ca. 700 m, zum Zentrum mit zahlreichen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und einem umfangreichen Gastronomieangebot sind es ca. 400 Meter.

The (semi-) island is accessible via a causeway. The lütte Reethuus was already mentioned in 1803 and has a very special charm. The house has just been renovated with a lot of love and you will find space for up to 4 people. Nordstrand offers many leisure activities: cycling, Nordic walking, kite surfing, swimming, inline skating ... and much more. From the harbor you can reach the Halligen and neighboring islands (Pellworm, Amrum, Föhr and Sylt) by boat.

80 m² apartment with outdoor pool and infrared cabin

The apartment was completely renovated in 2023 in the basement and in the spring of 2024 on the first floor. Therefore, some of the interior does not yet have pictures. The apartment is at one of the narrowest points of the island in Rantum. In about 5 minutes' walk you are on the sea side or on the mudflat side. The unit has its own garden area with beach chair. Pool is available from May to approx. mid-September.

Small happiness - secluded location, sauna

Lovingly and thoughtfully, we have created a fantastic apartment on 70 square meters for 2 (up to 4) people on 2 levels - the sleeping area is located in the light-flooded upper floor. Please note that the only door is the bathroom door - the rest is open. We have tried to build as sustainably, ecologically and high-quality as possible - the colors are from the chalk period, the paints are water-based.

A special highlight of this stylishly furnished gallery apartment is the sauna, which makes your stay sweeter in every season. Beach chairs are available on the premises for the sunny moments of the year.

The house can be booked for 4 persons. Cozy warm with oven and sauna. Beach and shopping are within walking or cycling distance . You will love my accommodation because of the peace and the good air and the kilometer-wide view over the fields as well as the immaculate condition. My place is suitable for couples, solo travelers, and families.
